The RCFS will not be liquidated
On November 14, 2005, the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court denied the Main Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Nizhny Novgorod Region the claim to liquidate the Russian-Chechen Friendship Society (RCFS).
The decision can be appealed within 10 days.
