Election leaflets distributed by the LDPR call for a ban on “religious sects”

On the eve of the elections to the Moscow City Duma, LDPR agitators distribute leaflets calling, in particular, to prevent immigrants from the south from entering Moscow and to ban "religious sects." What is meant by "sects" and which religious organizations should be banned, the leaflets do not say.

"The leaflets were printed by the Avtopoligraf LLC printing house with a circulation of 1 million copies by order of the electoral association for the election of deputies to the Moscow City Duma of the fourth convocation from the Moscow city branch of the LDPR political party," Credo.ru notes .

On November 23, the Moscow City Electoral Committee banned the distribution of these leaflets.
