On November 20, 2005, a rock festival "Red Breakthrough" was held in Orel, organized by the AKM and the RKSM (b) with the support of the SCM and the NBP. After the event, there was a series of attacks on spectators and musicians.
During the festival, it became known that in the vicinity of the Palace of Culture, where the concert was held, a large group of "either skinheads, or some other obscure personalities who intend to start a fight with the Reds" gathered , the official website of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation reports. The organizers urged the audience to disperse in groups, and take out the arriving musicians by car.
However, a few collisions did occur.
A group of 10-15 people attacked the musicians of the Orlov group "Parallel" at a tram stop. The victims were knocked down, kicked and fled, taking the bass guitar with them.
The second attack was made on a group of spectators and organizers of the concert. At a tram stop, they were attacked by a group of about 25 people, estimated by the victims to be "well into their twenties".
Another incident occurred with the head of the Oryol NBP, Mikhail Deev. Deev was riding a trolley bus from the concert, where a group of unknown people entered and one of them kicked the National Bolshevik in the face (slightly injuring his nose).
According to indirect information, the agency "Centre-Rus" reports, the attack on the participants of the concert was carried out by members of the football fan group "Jokers". However, according to the Department of Internal Affairs, there were no incidents: only the robbery of the Parallel musician got into the police reports.
