Komsomol leader of Kabardino-Balkaria against nationalist leaflets of the LDPR

The leader of the Komsomol of Kabardino-Balkaria, assistant to the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Maxim Degtyarev appealed to the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation and the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation with a statement on criminal liability of the leadership of the Moscow city branch of the LDPR under article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).

The reason for appealing to the Prosecutor General's Office was the LDPR election leaflets under the heading "Close Moscow from immigrants from the south!", received by Degtyarev from party agitators on November 26 and 28, 2005 in Moscow at the crossings of the Aleksandrovsky Sad and Tushinskaya metro stations.

We will remind, earlier the Moscow City Court refused to satisfy the claim of the Rodina party against the Liberal Democratic Party. Party representatives sought the removal of all candidates from the Liberal Democratic Party in connection with the same leaflets.
