The verdict of the National Bolsheviks “Decembrists” was appealed

On December 14, 2005, on the anniversary of the action in the reception room of the presidential administration, a cassation appeal was filed with the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation against the verdict in the case of 39 National Bolsheviks. Lawyer D. Agranovsky said that the complaint contains a request to cancel the verdict of the Tverskoy Court of Moscow, and to close the criminal case due to the lack of corpus delicti.
