"Locals" held a founding conference

On December 24, 2005, the Local movement near Moscow held a founding conference and adopted a charter. Sergey Fateev became the leader of the movement.

The conference was attended by the vice-governor of the Moscow region Alexei Panteleev, who, in particular, announced the support of the movement by the government of the Moscow region.
