On December 5, 2005, the Prosecutor's Office of the Samara District of Samara sent a warning to Viktor Guzhov, editor-in-chief of the newspaper Ya-Russian in Samara, about the inadmissibility of spreading extremist materials through the media. V. Guzhov himself said that this warning is now being challenged in court.
Recall that in March 2005, the Volga Region Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Compliance with Legislation in the Sphere of Mass Communications and the Protection of Cultural Heritage (Rosokhrakultura) issued a similar warning to V. Guzhov , which he also disputes in court.
For the text of the warning , see the Law Enforcement Documents section.
