As Islam.Ru reports with reference to the news agency "Bashinform", "the new head of the Perm Muslim Spiritual Directorate is the imam-mukhtasib of the Chishinsky district, Mauletdin Mustozyap, an adviser to the head of the Central Muslim Spiritual Directorate Talgat Tadzhuddin for the northwestern region of Bashkortostan. In an interview with "Bashinform", Mustozyap, in particular, said , that the former mufti “cared little about the needs of the orphans and the poor, and also did little about spiritual affairs.”
