20-year-old A. Koptsev was charged with attempted murder of two or more persons motivated by national, religious hatred and enmity (part 3 of article 30, as well as paragraphs "a" and "l" of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as well as in the commission of actions aimed at inciting hatred and enmity, as well as the humiliation of human dignity, committed with the use of violence (clause "a" part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code. The court authorized his arrest.
