"Curfew" for teenagers in the Samara region has been canceled

On February 8, 2006, the Samara Regional Court ruled to annul the amendments to the law "On Administrative Offenses", which actually introduced a "curfew" for teenagers.

The court satisfied the claim of the regional prosecutor's office, but representatives of the Samara provincial Duma did not recognize the arguments of the prosecutor's office as justified and intend to appeal the decision.
