On January 25, 2006, it became known that the extremist nationalist group "Slavic Union" held a rally in one of the parks of Noginsk. The formal reason for the action was a protest against the spread of drugs. The participants marched under the flags of the RNE and the "Slavic Union" and threw up their hands in a Nazi salute. On their sleeves they had bandages with a stylized swastika. In total, about 50 people took part in the rally.
There were no police officers at the rally. The presence of local residents was also not observed. It is impossible not to note the position of the city authorities, who allowed the rally to be held only in a place remote from the center, which excluded the presence of random passers-by, the presence of which the radicals most often rely on.
