Appeal from Tyumen human rights activists regarding the beating of AKM supporters

"Given the increasing cases of Nazi attacks on people of other political persuasions ... we see the guilt of law enforcement agencies, which are often inactive or classify crimes committed out of ethnic hatred as "hooliganism", thus supporting neo-Nazis," the statement says .
The authors of the letter appeal to the authorities demanding "the most thorough verification of the circumstances of the case and bringing the perpetrators to justice under the law" and a call "to condemn violence as an argument in a dispute with ideological opponents, to shame the followers of Nazism" .
