Realizing their criminal intent to incite hatred and enmity, as well as the humiliation of human dignity, that is, actions aimed at inciting hatred and enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person and a group of persons on the grounds of race, gender, nationality, language, origin, attitude towards religion, as well as belonging to a social group, Mogilev became the head of the group: People's National Party; in the city of Znamensk, Astrakhan region, among whose members he involved students from the school of the city of Znamensk, Astrakhan region.

Mogilev I.A. in the period from 2003 to 2004, with the intent to incite hatred and enmity, as well as the humiliation of human dignity, that is, actions aimed at inciting hatred and enmity, as well as to humiliate the dignity of a person and a group of persons on the grounds of race, sex, nationality , language, origin, attitude to religion, as well as belonging to a social group with the use of violence, gathered about 23 people who are members of the: People's National Party ;, after which, under his leadership, this group proceeded to the church of the village of Kapustin Yar, Akhtubinsk district of the Astrakhan region.

Acting with the same goal and motive, after statements about the lower origin of the Kazakh nationality, the Mogilevs were instructed to members of his group: the People's National Party; about causing bodily harm to persons of Kazakh nationality clearly not outnumbered, while Mogilev himself also took an active part in the fight.

Mogilev, had the intent to incite hatred and enmity, as well as the humiliation of human dignity, that is, actions aimed at inciting hatred and enmity, as well as to humiliate the dignity of a person and a group of persons, on the basis of race, gender, nationality, language, origin, attitude to religion, as well as belonging to a social group, through the media, being the editor of the newspaper "I am a Russian", on 07/21/2005 and 07/12/2005 he ordered the Offset factory located on to the address Volgograd, Kim st., 6 newspapers No. 1 and No. 2 of 2005. "I am Russian", 999 copies each.

Acting with the same goal and motive, Mogilev began to distribute these printed publications in the Volgograd region and the Akhtuba region, including in the city of Znamensk.

Continuing to implement their criminal intent aimed at inciting hatred and enmity, as well as the humiliation of human dignity, that is, actions aimed at inciting hatred and enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person and a group of persons on the grounds of race, gender, nationality, language, origin, attitude to religion Mogilev published articles in the printed edition "Cerberus of Freedom".

According to the act of complex culturological and psychological research, the printed publications presented: "I am Russian", "Morituri Department", "Cerberus of Freedom" contain linguistic signs indicating actions aimed at inciting national and racial hatred, humiliation of national dignity, and also promoting exclusivity , superiority or inferiority of citizens on the basis of their attitude to nationality and race.
