On March 28, 2006, the Novosibirsk Regional Court sentenced members of the Novosibirsk skinhead group to various terms of punishment, finding them guilty of robbery under paragraphs. "a", "c" part 3 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("robbery committed by an organized group with the use of weapons and infliction of grievous bodily harm").

As noted in the verdict, the court did not see in the actions of the defendants corpus delicti under paragraphs. "a", "c" part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“inciting hatred or enmity committed with the use of violence by an organized group”), taking into account that the members of the group did not publicly express their ideas and views. At the same time, the court noted that the defendants mainly pursued selfish goals, since they took possession of the property of those who were attacked.

Igor Bykov was sentenced to 10 years in a strict regime colony. Ivan Rodoshkevich (brother of Mikhail Rodoshkevich, the leader of the group, the case on which will be considered separately), Dmitry Shirokikh and Brazhnikov each received 8 years in prison in a strict regime colony. Another member of the gang, Nenashev, was sentenced to 6 years in a penal colony.

Three members of the group - Igumenov, Shabunin and Sofin - were sentenced to a suspended sentence due to the fact that the court took into account various mitigating circumstances when passing the sentence.
