Chairman of the government of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov addressed the Orthodox believers who left the republic during the previous years. If any of them express a desire to visit Grozny and the cemeteries where their loved ones are buried during Lent, R. Kadyrov undertakes to take on security issues and the cost of food and accommodation in Grozny.
"I fully understand that these people are far from being in the best conditions, but at the same time they would like to visit their relatives, the graves of their relatives and friends these days, on the eve of Easter, as is customary. I salute such noble and pure impulses and is ready to provide all possible assistance in their implementation," the Chechen Prime Minister said.
