On April 4, the 10th anniversary World Russian People's Council opened in the Hall of Church Councils of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior on the theme: "Faith. Man. Earth. The Mission of Russia in the 21st Century." One of the central issues brought up for discussion this year was formulated as follows: “Human rights and personal dignity. Church-social view.”

The forum ended on April 6. Its final documents were: Council Word , Declaration of Human Rights and Dignity, resolution “On Land, Peasantry and Food Security of Russia” , resolution in support of the transfer of buildings to the Church in the Ryazan Kremlin .
