Neo-Nazi detained in Kaliningrad

On April 2, 2006, Sergey Bakach, the leader ("Führer") of the local neo-Nazi group National Socialist Federation (NSF), was detained in Kaliningrad. He was taken to the city's Baltiyskiy District Department of Internal Affairs and, after interrogation, was released "pending trial" .

Unfortunately, the reports about S. Bakach, which appeared on right-wing radical sites, do not allow us to accurately understand the reason for his detention. It is reported that he is accused of "extremism, propaganda of fascism and wearing fascist paraphernalia" , i.e. it can be assumed that he is either a defendant in a criminal case under Art. 280 and 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for extremist activity" and "Inciting national hatred") - and then "before trial" means that the question of his arrest will be considered. Or he is charged with an administrative offense (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation - "propaganda and public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols"), and then the court will consider the issue of bringing S. Bakach to administrative responsibility.

We don't know how real the NSF is. However, it has existed virtually since the beginning of March 2006 (the NSF Internet blog was deleted only today, April 6, several more blogs were deleted earlier). The materials of the organization are a reprint or presentation of Nazi texts, as well as their own "creativity", in the form of programs that, after the NSF comes to power, all "enemies of the Russian Nation" will be physically destroyed within 10 days .

Recall that at the end of February 2006 in Kaliningrad a criminal case was already initiated under Art. 282 against the leader of the local DPNI A.Safin.
