In connection with the death of the girl, the prosecutor's office of the South-Eastern Administrative District opened a criminal case under Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in death”). Law enforcement agencies do not yet consider the nationalist version as the main one. An investigation is underway. State Duma deputy Chylgychy Ondar is preparing an official request to the prosecutor's office.
