A suspect in the murder of a Senegalese student was arrested in St. Petersburg
On April 11, 2006, the Leninsky Federal Court of St. Petersburg decided to arrest Aleksey Kutarev, suspected of involvement in the murder of a student from Senegal. Within 10 days, the prosecutor's office must charge him or release him.
