Poster of leaflets detained in Irkutsk

On the night of April 15-16, 2006, an activist of the Irkutsk branch of the NBP, Mikhail Uchitel, was detained, who was posting leaflets calling for a boycott of the referendum held in the region.

M. Uchitel spent the night in the police department of the Kirovsky district of Irkutsk. A protocol on administrative violation was drawn up against him.
