Ministry of Internal Affairs: 40 extremist sites on the Internet

On April 19, 2006, Boris Miroshnikov, head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, speaking at an international practical conference on combating cybercrime and cyberterrorism, published information that about 40 Russian-language sites operate on the Internet, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, containing information of a terrorist and extremist nature, every fourth of which is registered through a Russian provider.

It is not entirely clear what websites B. Miroshnikov meant by "terrorist and extremist" organizations, because only right-wing radical (including frankly neo-Nazi websites) on the Russian-language Internet, there are several dozen.
