A criminal case was opened on the fact of beating Pentecostals in the village. Tashtagol of the Kemerovo region.

April 28 Pastor of the Church "Reconciliation" Andrey Kaydalov and acting. Andrey Khoroshchenko, the heads of the Kemerovo association of the RCCA, met with the deputy governor of the region, Ekaterina Stas, who oversees relations with religious associations. Through her, statements about the incident were transferred to the governor Aman Tuleev, to the regional prosecutor's office and the FSB. After that, representatives of the prosecutor's office and the FSB contacted the law enforcement agencies of Tashtagol. It turned out that the district prosecutor's office opened a criminal case on April 25, but did not notify the believers. Two of those who attacked the church were detained.

Also, after a call from the regional administration, the mayor's office of Tashtagol organized a commission to investigate the incident. The mayor of the village, Vladimir Makuta, publicly apologized to the members of the church. The district police officer was punished for being absent during the mass worship.

The governor, the regional prosecutor's office and the FSB took control of the investigation of the case.
