On May 10, 2006, the Tverskoy Court of Moscow sentenced members of the National Bolshevik Party who hung an anti-presidential slogan on the building of the Rossiya Hotel.
Yevgeny Logovskoy was sentenced to 3.5 years of imprisonment with probation for 5 years. Olga Kudrina was sentenced to 3.5 years in a penal colony.
O. Kudrina and E. Logovsky were charged under Art. 213 part 2 (“hooliganism”) and 167 part 2 (“deliberate destruction or damage to property”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. O. Kudrina was also charged under Art. 213 h. 2 and 167 h. 2 for participation in the seizure of the Ministry of Health in August 2004
The verdict was handed down in absentia; O. Kudrin and E. Logovskoy, who were under house arrest, did not appear in court.
