On May 11, 2006, Maxim Larin, an activist of the Tomsk branch of the National Bolshevik Party, was summoned by order to the Military Medical University, where he is a 5th year student, in order to clarify the situation around the events of May 9, 2006, when four Tomsk NBP activists were detained without explanation (in the NBP, the detention was associated with the revenge of the authorities for the events during the visit to Tomsk of German Chancellor Angela Merkel ).
After the conversation, M. Larin, also by order, went with a representative from the university to the police station. In the department, M. Larin was threatened with expulsion from the university - either "simply" or "at the expense of a psychiatric hospital . "
