The verdict on the liquidation of the nationalist organization "Russian Powers" entered into legal force

On May 16, 2006, the verdict of the Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar on the liquidation in the city of the activities of the nationalist organization "Rada of the Land of the Kuban Spiritual and Tribal Power Rus" entered into force.

According to Alexander Stamler, Deputy Prosecutor of the Central District of Krasnodar, it has been established that members of this organization have repeatedly violated the requirements of the current legislation on public associations and countering extremist activities.

Recall that the Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar ruled that the materials of the "Rada of the Land of the Kuban Spiritual-Clan Power Rus" were recognized as extremist in March 2006. The proceedings were initiated by the prosecutor of the Central District of Krasnodar, who, on the basis of Art. 44 of the Federal Law "On Public Associations" sent an application to the Pervomaisky District Court to ban the group's activities. During 2005, activists of the organization received three warnings from the prosecutor's office about the inadmissibility of extremist activity.
