On May 22, 2006, in St. Petersburg, the court of district no. 208 considered the case of an administrative offense under Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, initiated against four participants in a protest action near the Taurida Palace on April 27, 2006
The judge decided to stop the proceedings in the case due to the lack of corpus delicti against the three National Bolsheviks.
The court hearing against Andrei Milyuk, who hung out the banner "Such a Thought is a Shame on Russia!", is scheduled for May 31, 2006.
