The Moscow City Court upheld the human rights activist's complaint against the Basmanny Court

On May 24, 2006, the Moscow City Court annulled the Decree of the Deputy Basmanny District Court of Moscow, federal judge A.N. the fact of conducting two anti-Semitic campaigns in 2005 ( "letter 500" and "letter 5000" ).

The decision was canceled on the basis of a cassation complaint by Yevgeny Ikhlov, a representative of the For Human Rights movement.
