AKM activists were detained at a rally in Balashikha

On May 27, 2006, a rally organized by the regional organization of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation took place in Balashikha. When approaching the scene, the police detained five members of the Vanguard of the Red Youth (AKM).

The AKM column was stopped by the police and OMON, and all participants of the action had their documents checked.

Two AKM members were detained due to the presence of masks covering part of the face. After a general check of documents, three people were detained who did not have identification cards with them.
