Synagogue desecrated in Tomsk

At the end of June 2006, the city synagogue of Tomsk was desecrated with anti-Semitic inscriptions. The vandals have not yet been found. Rabbi Levi Kaminetsky filed a complaint with the police.

This is not the first anti-Semitic incident in Tomsk. Recall that in 2002, at the entrance to the city, a mined poster with anti-Semitic slogans was installed. The perpetrators were found and convicted in March 2006.
