*We publish the text of the conclusion of a comprehensive psychological and psycholinguistic examination conducted at the Volgograd Academy of Public Administration, based on materials appearing in the case of Astrakhan right-wing radical Igor Mogilev. The examination was carried out by order of the investigator of the Znamensk Prosecutor's Office D. Mironenko dated March 13, 2006. The text is not an official publication and is reproduced based on materials from right-wing radical sites. Links to right-wing radical sites have been removed from the text, and the most obvious typos that make it difficult to read the text have been corrected. It should be noted that right-wing forums published a photocopy of fragments of another expert opinion dated March 3, 2006, made by order of the prosecutor's office dated February 26, 2006, also produced at the Volgograd Academy of Civil Service. However, these fragments do not make it possible to understand in respect of which materials the examination was carried out.
In addition, on our website you can also get acquainted with other materials on the case of I. Mogilev: the decision to bring him as an accused and the indictment .*

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVESTIGATED MATERIAL
In compiling the descriptive part of this examination, an Astra 4500 color scanner was used to more accurately indicate the symbols used.
In the descriptive part, a summary of the general meaning of the texts is given with an emphasis on the most significant semantic aspects within the framework of the questions put for examination (including using quotes).
1) Brochure "Cerberus of Freedom", 2005, No. 11.
The brochure consists of four pages of 29.5x20.9 cm thick white paper. The first and fourth pages are located on a sheet 41.8x29.5 cm on one side, the second and third on the other. There is no page numbering, the commission assigns numbers 1,2,3,4 to them in the order in which the brochure was read.
In the brochure, all texts and images are in black, gray and white.
The first page of the brochure contains text and images.
The header contains the text: "Cerberus of Liberty" and an image of a three-headed dog with open mouths to the left of the above text. Below, in white text against a black stripe, is the text: "Number Eleven 2005". Below is the text in large print for the width of the entire page:
"TODAY - FRANCE, TOMORROW RUSSIA:
"WE ONLY DESTROY WHITE CARS."
Below in four columns is the text, the font is small. Above the first two columns in the upper half of the sheet on the left there is an image of the head and shoulders of a man with black skin and large lips, who holds a knife in his hand. Under the image on the left there is an inscription "Black Power". The text describes the events that took place in the Parisian suburbs - arsons of cars, armed clashes between "bandits" and "vandals" with the police. A quote from one of the "young rebels" is quoted: "We destroy only white cars. We don't touch those that belong to Arabs or blacks. And we recognize them by religious inscriptions and symbols."
Below the text in full-width columns in white on a black background (the background for the text is shown like a film strip) there is an inscription in large print: "STOP THE MAD".
The footer of the page on the left contains the inscription: "Cerberus of Freedom", on the right the inscription "our site [url removed by the editor]". On the second page of the brochure, at the top, across the width of the entire page, there is an inscription in large print, in white letters on a black background: "RUSSIAN MARCH". Below is the text divided into 4 columns.
The text describes the "significant event" "Russian March". "On this day, more than 5 thousand Russian people, having united, marched together in a single impulse through the center of Moscow, declaring that they no longer wish to put up with the situation when the Russian people in their own country are actually put in the position of some kind of Zulus ... Moscow I have not seen such a number of strong-willed Russian youth for a long time, on whose faces was written the determination to avenge the desecrated honor of the Motherland and their people. "Thus, on November 4, Moscow saw that there was a third force in the country." The movement of the "march", clashes with the "antifa" are described. The text is signed: "Dmitry Rumyantsev, Sergey Malyuta." At the top of the page, in the center, there is an image: the third part of the image on the right is the face and shoulders of a girl with blond flowing hair, in black clothes, who looks straight ahead. The remaining two-thirds of the image are two crossed stripes behind the girl's back, which are connected with dark figures. The figures do not touch each other, do not have a complete form, as they are limited by the edges of the image, as well as the image of a girl. The image shows that there are three such figures, two of them are visible more, the third is less. The place where the stripes intersect is the center of a kind of circle, which is formed by the edges of the dark figures.
The footer of the page on the left contains the inscription: "Cerberus of Freedom", on the right the inscription "our site [url removed by the editor]".
The third page of the brochure can be conditionally divided into the lower and upper parts.
The upper part of the page contains an inscription in large print on the top left of the page: "MOVEMENT". Under this inscription and to the right of it in the upper half of the sheet there are four columns with text.
The text metaphorically describes the sources of the movement as a revolutionary party, a rebellion. "The revolutionary party is called a 'movement.' "Everything starts with a deep feeling that "THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE", that what exists now is unbearable. This feeling is then rationalized, embedded in a political or religious doctrine, but at the core is precisely - a powerful pain on the verge of despair. " "It doesn't matter what was the external cause of the rebellion - misunderstanding of others, anger against the political regime, a thirst for truth or sexual dissatisfaction. Having experienced despair that did not kill you, made you stronger, you found yourself torn out of your usual routine into a totally risky situation, because there is nothing outside, what you could rely on, and you have to listen only to the music coming from the depths of the soul, which called you to rebellion. And you don’t even know what it might require from you. The text is signed: "V. Pushkin".
In the upper right corner of the sheet there is a text in large print: "MONEY IS NOT THE MAIN THING". Below the text is an image in a frame. 5 people are depicted in full growth, three of which are naked. Dressed people (the style of clothing is not modern) stand on both sides of the picture and hold a two-handed saw. Their bodies are deployed in relation to the person in the middle. This person is hanging (a profile is shown, buttocks are visible), he is tied to the crossbar by his legs, he is naked, his hands are tied. The saw, held by two dressed men, is located between his legs. Beneath the hanging man lie two naked men, probably women. One of those lying lies on another lying person. The bottom of the page contains three columns of text and four images, as well as a footer that says "Cerberus Liberty" on the left and "our site [url removed by editor]" on the right.
On the top left, above the leftmost of the three columns of text, there is an inscription in large print: "YOU ARE A PEOPLE". In the middle of the other two columns, there is an image with the inscription in large print: "WHITE POWER3!" and below:
"FIGHT FOR YOUR FUTURE!"
The figure of a man is depicted (from head to hips), who is turned with his body to the left and holds a firearm in his hands. The lower part of the person's face is covered with cloth. The man has no hair.
The sleeves are rolled up, there is an image of a cross on the sleeve.
The text describes the life of the "philistine". At the end of the text of the far right column there is an inscription: "PS If you recognize yourself - shoot yourself!" Below the inscription: "100%Underground #4"
There are three images in a row above the footer. The far left image contains the inscription in large black letters, outlined in white, on a black background "FLASH". There is a symbol before the word: (shown schematically).
Under the black background of the image is the inscription: "[address removed by editor]". The next image (in the middle of the header) contains an image of the girl's face in a frame, on the right - the inscription: "Lady Panika [address removed by editor]". The following image is made on a dark background with silhouettes of faces. At the top there is an inscription in large print, in white letters: "MpakobeSSЪ". Below it is the inscription: "almanac of the conservative avant-garde". At the bottom there is an inscription: "Russian collective unconscious <...> militarism.
The fourth page of the brochure can be roughly divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part contains two images and text. The first image in the frame occupies the left half of the top of the page. At the top of the image there is an inscription on a dark background in white letters: "NEW NATIONAL PATH
LEADER - ALEXANDER IVANOV (SUKHAREVSKY)".
Under the inscription on the right is a girl with short hair (from head to waist) in a dark jacket and a white shirt, in a tie. The tie has a black cross in a white circle. The girl holds the lapels of her jacket with her hands, her face is depicted in full face. Near the girl's head there is a large image of a black cross with white and then black outlines (about the size of a girl's head), similar to the image of a cross on a man's sleeve on the third page of this brochure:
Below, under the cross, there is an inscription in large black letters, which is located partially on the image of the girl's body: "VERA! WILL! VICTORY!".
Below the picture there is an inscription in white letters on a black background:
"[address removed by editor]"
At the top right, at the top of the page, there is a figure containing an inscription and an image on a dark background. The inscription is depicted in large gray letters: "PALE FRONT". Between the heads there is an image of a man in a helmet with a stick in his left hand, the right hand is raised up, as if swinging. Under this image there is an inscription: "Wagler". To the right of this inscription there is an image similar to the image of a target or a cross circled in a circle so that the edges of the lines protrude beyond this circle. Below this picture is the text:
"ABOUT THE NAME "PALE FRONT"
(IN SUMMARY)."
Below is the text in small print.
The text clarifies the difference between the bases of the names of "our" "Pale Front" and the decadent "Pale Front". Under the text on the left there is an inscription: "Pale Ghost".
The bottom of the page contains two images and text. At the top right of the middle of the lower part there is an inscription in large print in black letters: "NII: INTRODUCTION TO POST-INDUSTRIAL". To the upper left of the middle of the lower part there is an image: a dark human figure on a dark background and a white rectangle background (the rectangle is not completed, limited by the edge of the picture). The right edge of the rectangle is raised. The rectangle shows two intersecting lines (similar to a window frame). From the top to the bottom side of the rectangle, perpendicular to them, approximately at an equal distance from each other, 9 lines are drawn across the entire width of the rectangle (similar to a lattice in a window). To the left of the figure of a man, located approximately in the middle of the picture, against the background of a white rectangle, there is the inscription "NI", and part of the letter "I" is hidden by the figure of a man. To the right and bottom of the figure, and immediately below the text "NII: INTRODUCTION TO POSTINDUSTRIAL", there is text.
The text describes the musical direction "INDUSTRIAL", characterized by "pronounced experimentalism and special aesthetics of mechanical and other industrial sounds" and the group NIN, whose music is "destructive, chaotic, the main idea is that each sound of the composition should be in one or another degree torn, broken. This is a response to the musty foundations of the musical world. " Under the text there is an inscription: "Unfortunately, links are not updated as often as we would like, so ...".
In the lower right part of the page, to the right of the text, there is a picture made on a dark background. In the picture on the top right there is an inscription: "INDUSTRIAL VANDALEN". Bottom left - unfinished (limited by the edge of the picture) contour image in white, similar to a wheel, with 4 spikes inclined to the right.
Under the picture there is an inscription (most likely it indicates the author of the text to the left of the picture): "9mmGvozd".
At the bottom of the sheet, above the footer:
"Cerberus Liberty our website [url removed by editor]"
there is text in a frame, made in very small print, black letters on a dark background, the text is difficult to read: "As a manuscript. A non-periodical publication that does not require registration in accordance with article 12 of the law" On Mass Media ". Circulation 988 copies. Founders: Solo-khin A.V., Mogilev I.A. Editor-in-chief: Merkulov S.P. Printed on private equipment "Patriot-print"; Kaluga city. The materials contained in the issue do not pretend to be the official position of the People's National Party. The editors categorically do not share and condemn the opinion of the authors of publications and are not responsible for the content of political materials, and also do not insist on the reliability of the information contained in the issue. The issue does not contain Nazi symbols and symbols that are similar to the degree of fusion with the aim of promoting national, racial and religious intolerance. Any radical statements present on these pages should be taken only as a creative outrageous."
2) Newspaper "I am Russian", 2005, No. 1.
It consists of two sheets of newsprint 30.5x44 cm in size, connected along the long side. On each side of the sheets there are texts and images. Page numbering is not included. The commission assigns them numbers 1,2,3,4 in the order of reading.
In the newspaper, all texts and images are in black, gray and white.
On the top of the first page there is an inscription in large letters "I am RUSSIAN". To the right of the inscription there is a drawing of a flag, the waving cloth of which is located to the left of the flagpole. The flag has a black cross.
Under the flag there is an inscription: "FAITH WILL VICTORY!"
Below, on a black background in the form of a stripe, there is an inscription in white letters across the entire width of the page: "No. 1 LOWER VOLGA 2005"
Below on the left there is a drawing depicting a woman (from head to waist) against the backdrop of nature, with blond hair in dark clothes, with a firearm in her hands. The woman takes aim from this weapon. The figure has an inscription in large black letters, circled in a triple outline (white, black, white): "FIRE ON THE ENEMIES OF THE NATION!".
Under the picture on the left there is an inscription in large letters: "EDITOR'S COLUMN".
Below and to the right of the figure there are 6 columns of text in small print. Under the text there is a signature: "Igor MOGILEV".
The general meaning of the article boils down to a call for the creation of a national Party, which is necessary to build a national state and establish a correct world order. The article also presents the newspaper "Ya-Russian". The article contains an appeal to "young and energetic" readers in order to attract them to the Party.
Below, on the entire width of the page, there is an inscription in large letters on a black background: "There is NO LAND FOR US OUTSIDE THE VOLGA!" Before this inscription (on the left) and after it (on the right), white crosses are depicted, the shape of which is similar to the image of the cross on the flag at the top of the page. Below on the left is the inscription in large letters:
"VOLGOGRAD STUDENTS ARE BACK AROUND THE WORLD
FROM POLAND AFTER PARTICIPATION IN THE "MARCH OF LIFE"
Under the inscription there is an image of a girl (from head to chest) with a sad expression, who stands behind the barbed wire and touches it with her hands. The girl stands against the background of the sky and trees.
To the right of the figure, there is text divided into four columns. Part of the text is in italics.
The text describes the fact of the trip of 13 Volgograd children to participate in the "March of Life", which involved about 20 thousand young people from different countries. Excursions to Jewish places in Poland are described: Auschwitz, Majdanek, the Jewish cemetery, etc. It is indicated that the children managed to meet and make friends with young Jews from different countries, that they felt the history of their people and realized themselves as Jews. At the end of the text there is an inscription: "Jewish.ru".
The footer of the page is written in black on a gray background across the entire width of the page: "OUR SITES: [address removed by editor]".
The second page can be conditionally divided into left and right parts. On the left side of the page, which has a dark gray background and is separated from the right side by a dark stripe, there are images and text. At the top of the left part on a dark background there is an inscription in white letters in large print: "HOW TO UNDERSTAND ...". Below on the left on a gray background there is an inscription in black letters in large print: "WAR GRAFFITI". Below the inscription is an image and text, the lower part of the text is in bold.
The image shows the floor, the wall, tiled. A man is sitting on the floor with his head bowed. On the wall there is an inscription: "KILL SKINS!".
The text indicates that the commission for minors and the protection of their rights under the administration of Volgograd intends to eliminate all pro-fascist and extremist inscriptions. The comment in bold says that this is an inefficient use of budgetary funds. Below, in large print, there is an inscription: "POGROM AT A MUSLIM CEMETERY." Under the inscription is the text, part of the text is in bold.
The text describes a pogrom in a Muslim cemetery committed by teenagers. It points to the biased description of this case by the media, according to which this action was committed by skinheads. The comment to the text in bold explains: "In reality, just fighting the dead is beneath the dignity of a Russian nationalist." Below there is an inscription in large print: "INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP CLUB". Below the inscription there is text, part of which is in bold, and to the right of this inscription is an image.
The image is made on a white background, surrounded by a black frame. The image has an inscription at the top in large print: "MAN OF THE FUTURE". At the bottom there is an inscription in a smaller font: "without a name, without a Motherland, without prejudices." Between the inscriptions there is a drawing depicting a monkey-like muzzle (or face).
The text describes the fact of the existence of the International Friendship Club of the Center for Children's Creativity of the Dzerzhinsky District, indicating the address and numbers of schools, students included in the association. The comment in bold type states: “It should be understood as the next stage of the project“ Russia without Russians ”. forget about one's origin altogether. For nationalism is love for one's Nation, racism (from the Latin "radix") - adherence to the Roots. Plus, peace-loving, calmness and non-national "Russian patriotism" are an ideal "common person" ready to integrate into global community".
The right side of the page has text and images on a light background. At the top of the right side there is an inscription in the full width of the right side in large letters: "Contours of the new National Aesthetics". Below is a dark strip, to the right of it there is an inscription in brackets: "(Provincial's view)". Below is the text in four columns.
The text mentions various movements, describes the activities of "aesthetes of the capital level", which is not aimed at combating the "inexorable process of degradation." It is indicated that there are some individuals who "reject egoistic highly intellectual stagnation", are "architects of a new aesthetics", the creation of which is indicated as necessary, the iconic symbols of which are: "Legal Resistance", "New Russia Magazine", "Right.ru", "Pravoslavno -traditionalist publication "Russian Image", "Golden Lion", "Philosophical Newspaper", "Magic Mountain", "Alexandria". The attempt to close the "intellectual center of Russian patriots - [address removed by the editor]" is interpreted as a sad event. Quoted by A. Eliseev , his statements are given about "lack of will in the sphere of ideological and political struggle", patriots who "rushed to lick one place for the West" and that: "... the Russian strong-willed idea should put an end to all this. It is called upon to create a new Russian... It will be a Russian, aspiring, first of all, into himself and into his nation."
There is an image in the center of the text on a dark background. The image itself is hard to see.
On the left is the silhouette of a man (from the head to the middle of the thigh), probably in a gas mask, who holds a standard with images of S (shown schematically). At the top right of the image of a person there is text that is hard to read: "Ram/ Primitive/ Noising /Marsh/ <.. .>- Terrorism"
At the bottom of the picture there is an inscription: "NO MUSIC RECORDS". Under the picture there is text on a dark background, circled in a frame.
Under the columns of text in the entire width of the right side there is an inscription on a dark gray background: "The giftedness of the Slavs seemed to me higher than the giftedness of the Germans, I even thought that the Germans entered the ranks of gifted nations only thanks to a strong admixture of Slavic blood. / Friedrich Nietzsche /" .
On the third page from the top, there is an inscription in large white letters on a dark background in large white letters on a dark background: "New Russia" in Volgograd".
Below there are 6 columns of text. Part of the text is in italics. The text is divided into parts with subtitles: "Moscow-Volgograd", "Day One", "Day Two", "Day Three", "Volgograd-Moscow".

The text is structured according to the question-answer scheme. The text continues on 3-7 pages. In the text, A. Ilyinov reports in response to questions about the reasons for the creation of the Conservative-avant-garde poetic association "Earth and Iron" on the basis of the Russian community of Vagterei, his plans, his attitude towards Russian "legal" poetry, Ukrainian poetry, about his attitude towards "modern "mass culture of consumption, etc. Answering the question about the attitude towards "Russianism", Ilyinov answers: "I would compare" I am Russian. Lower Volga" with the early "Limonka", in which there was much more "fascist", "conservative-revolutionary", "national" than what it has become today ... In my opinion, Rusism is necessary (and should!! !) propagate as a bright trans-avant-garde, archaeo-futuristic hyper-ideology of the Third - Russian - Millennium. An ideology directed towards the future - the dazzling National Future of our Motherland". Among the wishes to readers, the wish "becomes more extreme and strict, as soon it will be a matter of elementary survival of the NS follower in a hostile environment." On page 6, the text is arranged in two columns. In the left column of the image: at the bottom of the image, many people in uniform (soldiers) are seen carrying standards. On all standards (more than 10) the image is visible:
At the top of each standard is an image of a skull (there are more than 5 skulls in the image). Behind the soldiers are visible towers, the sky. There is the same symbol in the sky:
There is an image in the right column: on the left, the silhouette of a man in a mask is visible from the back. It has a cross on it. At the end of the text is the signature: "D. ("Kolovrat")".
On page 8 at the top there is an inscription: "Interview with Svistoplaska".
Below is a text in two columns built according to the question-answer scheme. The text continues on pages 9 and 10.
In the text, Derzhimir Burunduk, in order to answer the questions of I. Mogilev, talks about his understanding and the path of nationalism. Clarifying his understanding of nationalism, Chipmunk says that he "understood that the Russian people are not only railroads. . Chipmunk explains the origin of the name of their group "Svistoplyaska". Chipmunk says that there is a protest against the general Americanization, the way of life "that the United Stinks are spreading on the European territory....". Он говорит, что "ниггерские клипы мы будем использовать на грядущем суде, как доказательство их преступлений против человечности. Они разжигают межрасовую ненависть. Да именно интернационалисты. Расизм предлагает, в соответствии со Священным принципом "Каждому - свое", следовать своим Корням и хранить Кровь pure "The International is trying to equalize the unequal by nature". Further, Chipmunk talks about blacks who "grope our sisters in the Race and impose their customs on our territory." Chipmunk describes what musical groups he keeps in touch with, answers the question: "what is your music" - "... hatred, sometimes Love, sometimes even Madness". Chipmunk says that "It's becoming fashionable to be a Skinhead. And there is nothing wrong with that... Now the demands are such that Russian Whites as a whole must fight for their Race and Nation. Speaking of the current state of the world, Chipmunk notes: He must be grabbed by the scruff of the neck, shaken well." When answering the question "who is our main enemy," he answers: "The system ... This is the totality of everything that annoys." In his wishes to his comrades-in-arms, he says: "Glory to Rus'! Glory to the Inevitable Victory!"
There is an image in the left column of page 8.
The image on the right is a man in a white shirt and tie (visible from head to waist) with very short hair. With his left hand (it is not visible, the commission's assumption), he holds a sheet (its edge is visible), on which a white cross is visible below against a dark circle. A large cross is visible behind the man's back: (fig. of the cross).
On page 9, the text is also arranged in two columns. In the left column there is an image: the face of a shaven man in profile, on his cheek there is a dark spot that looks like a wound.
There is an image in the right column: a man in a dark T-shirt is standing (visible from head to waist), his head is raised high, his arms are folded on his chest. The background is hard to see.
On page 10, the text is also arranged in two columns. There is an image in the left column: a man in a dark T-shirt is standing (visible from head to waist), his head is held high, his arms are folded on his chest. The background is hard to see. This image is similar to the image on page 9, but the angle has been changed.
At the end of the text there is an image of a three-headed dog (on the left) and the text: "Cerberus of Liberty".
against the background of a dark stripe in white letters:
"THE NEWSPAPER FOR THE SELECTED!"

"<ANCIENT>GODIOUS
TALE ABOUT PROHER FROM
INITIAL ZANDYK"
Below, the text is italicized for the entire width of the page. Below this text, the text is arranged in two columns. The table of contents describes an example of a sacrifice.
On page 12, across the entire width of the page, there is an inscription at the top in large letters: "OPERATION "Y" OR "CALL YOUR DAUGHTER".
Below on the left there is an image: a girl with blond hair in a light jacket with short sleeves is standing in the room. A door is visible behind her, to the right of it is a lamp shade. In front of the girl are objects, probably the back of a chair and bags.
To the right of the image and at the bottom there is a text - a fictional story. Signed under the text: "9mmGvozd"
ANALYTICAL PART
The linguistic part of the expert study is based on the well-known in philology method of linguistic analysis of the text, which helps to establish the functional and stylistic affiliation of the text (see works on functional stylistics) and determine the correspondence / non-compliance of the linguistic units presented in it with the parameters of this style, which, in turn, helps to objectively evaluate the content (semantic) and emotive (emotional) richness of the text.
From the point of view of communicative-linguistic parameters, the material under study is an instance of an agitation and propaganda nature, belonging to the booklet-leaflet genre group of a journalistic style.
Researchers identify two main functions of the journalistic style - informative (message, transmission of new information) and influencing (providing a persuasive influence on the addressee, agitation, propaganda). The purpose of a journalistic text is to have the desired effect on the mind and feelings of the reader, to set it up in a certain way. The implementation of the informative function presupposes documentary and factual accuracy, collectiveness, and formality of the journalistic text. All genres of journalism should be based on verified facts, use documentary sources, analyze and explain real life phenomena.
The influencing function requires the presence of expressiveness, emotionality of the text, which are manifested in the following: stylistic features, such as open appraisal, imperativeness, intelligibility (accessibility).
In the explanatory dictionary, influence means "to influence, to achieve the desired result." The impact is considered psychological, "when it has an external origin in relation to the addressee (recipient) and, being reflected by him, leads to a change in the psychological regulators of a specific human activity. In this case, we can talk about both externally oriented and internally oriented activity."
The analyzed materials have the intention of influencing the reader. The main character in the texts - the subject of action - is the movement of nationalists (this is indicated by the following inscriptions "New National Way", "People's National Party", "National Futurist Front", "Progressive Youth Nationalist Newspaper" (brochure), "Movement of the People's Nationalists" (newspaper 2), "And the mission of Russian Nationalists is to liberate Russia from the colonial yoke" (newspaper 2, p. 4) and direct indications in the texts. The texts submitted for examination contain statements and appeals to readers aimed at inciting national, racial and religious hostility, the formation of an intolerant attitude towards other national groups.Various facts of asocial unfriendly behavior towards Russians of representatives of other nations and ethnic groups are given, to which, as a rule, the authors of the articles show their negative attitude. attitude towards representatives of other national and ethnic groups of other people, it is said that there are many such people.
So, in the newspaper "I-Russian" (2005, No. 2, p. 3, author A. Rusich) describes the fact of the rape of a schoolgirl by a Chechen, and the subsequent reprisal of the girl's father with the rapist. Solidarity with the girl’s father is expressed: “None of the neighbors wanted to help and did not allow me to make a phone call: everyone had a grudge against their southern neighbor. The ambulance drove for a long time ... The doctors failed to save Vakha. They tried very hard, knowing who their patient was."
The newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 1, p. 3, authors I. Plekhanov, K. Orekhov) describes the authors' negative impressions of the historical places of Volgograd and its culture ("the situation in the city and region"). Among other things, the authors point out that "In the courtyard next to the church, some x * chi were slowly repainting an obviously stolen red Mercedes white, without honoring passers-by with a second of attention." "A graduate of Suvorovsky spoke about the situation in the schools of the South, where there are fewer and fewer Russian graduates, and more than a third of Kazakhs. Ethnic conflicts among students turn into bloodshed. Who are the Russian military schools preparing? forcibly seize responsible positions in the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Up to 120 thousand Chechens already live in the villages of the region. "The guys said that some time ago there was an attempt on the part of Chechen fighters to undermine the dam of the Volga hydroelectric power station." That is, the authors describe a number of events where illegal actions are committed by persons of other (non-Russian) nationalities policemen. A quote from one of the "young rebels" is quoted: "We destroy only white cars. We don't touch those that belong to Arabs or blacks. And we recognize them by religious inscriptions and symbols." The article also indicates the position of the Arab capitals and residents of the Jewish states in relation to these pogroms: "The Arab capitals are convinced that the current riots are" the result of France's disastrous policy towards immigrants who are in the marginal position. "Many residents of the Jewish state believe that the French "deserved it, as they have always sympathized with the struggle of the Palestinians against Israel.") The combination of the content of this text with the heading "Today - France, tomorrow - Russia: We destroy only white cars", as well as the inscription at the bottom of the page under the article "stop the madness" (in (translated) is a warning and a call to action to stop vandalism and violence. The combination of the content of the text with the image of a black man with a knife with the inscription "Black Power" (translated) below it, is an indication of the source of vandalism and violence.
In some texts there is a negative assessment of those who strive for internationalism, there are calls and indirect incentives for the manifestation of a sense of nationalism, for the struggle for pure Blood.
So, in the newspaper "I-Russian" (2005, No. 1, 2 pages) the fact of the existence of the International Friendship Club of the Center for Children's Creativity of the Dzerzhinsky District is described, indicating the address and numbers of schools, students included in the association. The commentary of the author, highlighted in bold, states: “It should be understood as the next stage of the project“ Russia without Russians ”. forget about your origin altogether. For nationalism is love for one's Nation, racism (from the Latin "radix") - following the Roots. Plus, peace-loving, calmness and non-national "Russian patriotism" are an ideal "common person" ready for integration to the global community." This text is accompanied by an image (monkey-like muzzle or face) of a "man of the future", who is "without a name, without a Motherland, without prejudice." In this combination, there is a clear indication of the degradation of the internationalists.
In the newspaper "Ya-Russian" (2005, No. 1, p. 3, authors I. Plekhanov, K. Orekhov), the authors describe the meeting with the Makhachkala-Moscow train on the platform next to their train, indicate: "So they stood symbolically opposite each other two groups of each other. Slavs on one platform and a new horde on the other, looking rather viciously at each other" (text in italics). That is, the authors create a metaphorical image of the confrontation between ethnic groups. Below the article there is an inscription: "A person can be deprived of the feeling of nationalism only in two cases: if he has unclean blood or if he has a bad conscience." In combination with the material described above, this encourages readers to express a sense of nationalism. The newspaper "Ya-Russian" (2005, No. 1, p. 4) contains a conversation between I. Mogilev and the vocalist of the musical group "My daring truth" Yaroslav, who explains that the name of his group means "that in our difficult time any truth about the Russian people, its history, about the struggle of Russian youth for their rights is impudent, but this does not stop it from being true... "My" is spoken on behalf of every Russian person who has realized himself as a person, has overcome the faceless slave in himself and heard the voice of the Blood." Yaroslav calls to avoid interracial marriages. In the newspaper "Ya-Russian" (2005, No. 1, p. 2, author A. Ilyinov) A. Eliseev is quoted, his statements are given about "lack of will in the sphere of ideological and political struggle", patriots who "rushed to lick one place to the West ", and that: "... the Russian strong-willed idea should put an end to all this. It is called upon to create a new Russian ... It will be a Russian, aspiring, first of all, into himself and into his nation." Regarding these words, the author says: "This is about us. And these are not empty words, allegedly uttered" with foam at the mouth. WHAT to fight." The author agrees with the journal "New Russia", which indicates the need for the formation of a fundamentally new cultural paradigm. In this regard, the author of the article claims: "We have a goal!". The combination of these formulations is a call to action. The quote given at the bottom of the page under the article: "The giftedness of the Slavs seemed to me higher than the giftedness of the Germans, I even thought that the Germans entered the ranks of gifted nations only due to the strong admixture of Slavic blood. / Friedrich Nietzsche /" - in the context of the content of the article emphasizes a special giftedness and exclusivity of people with Slavic blood.
The newspaper Ya-Russky (2005, No. 2, p. 3, author I. Mogilev) describes the election of a Kazakh businessman to the post of mayor, who did not win the election, although he spent a lot of money on the campaign. This story illustrates the author's opinion about the prosperity of "domestic nationalism": "People do not read nationalist newspapers and are not members of right-wing organizations, but they scold "foreigners" for everything. "... Precisely "domestic" nationalism, and not abstract Russian " patriotism" will serve as the basis of the future civil society. Without which neither a national idea nor a strong rule of law is possible"
The newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 2, p. 1) notes optimistic prospects for the development of the nationalist movement: "On the whole, there is something to rejoice at. A surge of young Blood is felt in the National Movement. Nationalism of the New Generation is brewing, and what should it be like in further, depends on each of us. Away with depression and entropy! From now on, Nationalism is Youth and Beauty."
The brochure "Morituri department" (p. 8-10) states (as D. Chipmunk says) that "It is becoming fashionable to be a skinhead. fight for your Race and Nation."
In the brochure "Morituri department" (p. 3-7, interview with A. Ilyinov), among the wishes to the readers of A. Ilyinov, the wish is indicated "to become more extreme and strict, as soon it will be a matter of elementary survival of the NS follower in a hostile environment." Ilyinov says that he "goes his own way: keep the blood pure!".
Some of the texts contain a call for active action, rebellion, battle, often without a direct indication of the subjects against whom this rebellion is necessary. A negative assessment is given to the passive, "philistine" attitude to what is happening around. The inevitability of conflicts, clashes on racial and national grounds, war is indicated. As slogans, there are often ideas about the inevitability of the victory of Rus' (nationalists) in these battles. At the same time, there are warnings in the texts that this process is not easy, painless, which can form a readiness for a long stubborn confrontation. The texts create an image of the necessary behavior of a "rebel". The brochure "Morituri department" (pp. 8-10) states (as the words of D. Chipmunk): "The world needs the wildest shake. It must be grabbed by the scruff of the neck, shaken well." The wishes to the comrades-in-arms say: "Glory to Rus'! Glory to the Inevitable Victory!"
The newspaper "Ya-Russian" (2005, No. 1.1 p., author I. Mogilev) at the end of the article also contains the slogan: "Glory to Rus'! Glory to the Inevitable Victory!" This statement, in the context of the general meaning of the article, can be interpreted as an attitude to the inevitability of victory over other races. Also, in the materials submitted for examination, the slogan "Faith! Will! Victory!" sounds several times.
The newspaper "Ya-Russian" (2005, No. 1, 1st page, author I. Mogilev) states: "I am Russian" is the desire to preserve the ethnic and racial identity of our people, a spark of national pride in the dark kingdom of All-mixing. We are confident that this spark will ignite into a purifying flame."
The bulletin "Cerberus of Freedom" (p. 3, author V. Pushkin) metaphorically describes the sources of the movement as a revolutionary party, a rebellion. Having experienced despair that did not kill you, made you stronger, you found yourself torn out of your usual routine into a totally risky situation, because there is no outside nothing on which you could rely, and you have to listen only to the music coming from the depths of the soul that called you to rebellion. And you don’t even know what it might require from you. " "The rebel first of all breaks ties with this familiar world, he refuses to recognize the rule of law"
The newspaper Ya-Russky (2005, No. 2, p. 1) describes clashes between Chechens and Kalmyks on the territory of the Astrakhan region. It is further explained that "Clashes on national and racial grounds have become natural, and - over time, this process will only increase ... Conflicts between nations do not occur because some are good and others are bad. Simply when representatives of different civilizations live on one territories for a long time - conflicts are inevitable... The wars of the new generation will not be waged by the government. They have an overdue racial and social overtones. Arabs in France smash cars, carefully examining them before that: is there a keychain with a crescent moon hanging behind the windshield. Russian teenagers diligently track down in the evening twilight passers-by of non-Slavic appearance ... And this wave will grow stronger and stronger.
The Bulletin "Cerberus of Freedom" (p. 3) describes in detail the life of the "philistine". At the end of the text in the columns there is an inscription: "PS If you recognize yourself - shoot yourself! In combination with the image of a shaven-headed man with a weapon (in a bandage with a cross) and in a mask and the inscription over the image "White Power (in translation) fight for your future" the text calls for a fight against a passive attitude to what is happening.
The newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 2, p. 3) states that "there is nowhere to retreat. Before us is an enemy that does not leave us a place on our land. And ahead of us is the New Great Patriotic War ... without global firing and gunfire, without nuclear attacks and the physical destruction of our worst enemy (although we reserve the right to do so too)."
In the newspaper "Ya-Russian" (2005, No. 2, p. 3) there is an inscription: "... But the Russians declared war" (author's spelling) (column "As it should be understood").
In the newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 1, p. 1) above the article by I. Mogilev there is an image of a woman with blond hair in dark clothes, with a firearm in her hands, who is aiming from this weapon. Above the picture there is an inscription: "FIRE ON THE ENEMIES OF THE NATION!". In combination with the content of the article, the content of the image prompts to act similarly to the action of the character in the image.
In the newspaper Ya-Russian (2005, No. 2, p. 2, author O. Svatalov), the author says that “the authorities are doing everything possible so that we cease to exist. We must do everything possible to survive "And the first thing is not a direct struggle against the authorities, not rallies and the creation of opposition parties. Our main struggle is not to kill our children, our future compatriots, our future. And if in fifty years crowds will wander across the expanses of Russia Chechens, Turks or Chinese, and the remnants of the Russians will serve them, it will be only our fault ... ". Thus, the text describes the indifferent position of the authorities in relation to the preservation of the Russian ethnic group, and also makes an indication of those who will take the place of the Russians if no action is taken.
The texts submitted for examination also contain negative assessments of specific ethnic and national groups, statements and appeals aimed at encouraging them to act against them in order to protect themselves and preserve the Russian ethnos. Thus, a plausible goal is proposed, the possibility of using various means "up to fatal outcomes" to achieve it is indicated. Specific instructions are given on how to behave towards representatives of groups with non-Russian, non- "pure" blood.
Thus, the newspaper "Ya-Russian" (2205, No. 2, p. 1, author Inga von Kremer) describes the process of "cultivating" the peoples of Chechnya, Dagestan, etc., mentions the right of these peoples to out-of-competition enrollment in any state university in the country , prospects for them and for Russians in this regard: "Caucasian" schoolchildren "... learn to hate Russians, ... parents buy certificates and send them to the capital ... you can negotiate with the teacher, ... you can scare - what teacher would refuse when he was surrounded by a dozen well-fed hulks of gangster appearance .... Where else can you mock enough of these naive good "Russians"? an appeal to the readers follows: “DO YOU want such a fate? Are you ready to serve this bastard? Are you ready to run errands for them, listen to insults and endure humiliation? Why are you passing by??? Are you afraid? Do you think one is not a warrior in the field? You're wrong! Let them be many, let them be stronger physically, but you are stronger in spirit! If you have overcome fear in yourself, if you have found the strength to boldly look into the eyes of danger, did not give in to the crowd - you won! They will not dare not to touch a finger - to say a word. Remember! They understand only a bad attitude and brute force. And if you give in at least once, they will humiliate you all your life. It will be unbearably difficult to make them respect and fear themselves. Don't pretend that you are their friend because they will never believe it! They can pretend that the truth is a friend, use you, and mock you behind your back. Raise your head and GO! Do not let them become the masters of YOUR life." The text contains a clear call to fight against the peoples of Chechnya, Dagestan, Caucasians, it is indicated that they understand only a bad attitude and brute force, a negative characterization of their behavior towards Russians is expressed.
In the brochure "Morituri department" (pp. 8-10) Derzhimir Burunduk talks about his understanding and path of nationalism. Clarifying his understanding of nationalism, Chipmunk says that he "understood that the intrigues of the Russian people are not built by railways alone. And after a while I became a Racial nationalist. That is, now our primary task is to preserve the Russian People biologically, as the largest White nation Europe". Chipmunk explains the origin of the name of their group "Svistoplyaska". They incite interracial hatred. Yes, it is the internationalists. Racism proposes, in accordance with the Sacred principle "To each his own", to follow one's Roots and keep the Blood pure "The International is trying to equalize the unequal by nature". Further, Chipmunk talks about blacks who "grope our sisters in Race and plant their customs on our territory."
In terms of forming a negative attitude towards representatives of nationalities other than Russian, statements such as: "Europe for whites" (back side of the cover of the brochure "Morituri department"); "The barbarians are coming, crawling from the east..." (3 pages of the pamphlet "Morituri department").
In some texts there are indirect assessments that testify to the desire of the authors to cause a negative attitude towards the current government (due to its passive attitude towards the problem of "oppressive uncertainty", "degradation" of the Russian people) and show the need (induce) to create a new Party for the Russian people.
Thus, the newspaper Ya-Russian (2005, No. 1, 2 pages, author A. Ilyinov) states: “The year is 2004. Vladimir Putin has been elected for a second presidential term ... But there is no feeling of change. the opposite. There is still the same oppressive uncertainty. And the air is somehow old with a vile, rotten smell."
The brochure "Morituri department" (pp. 8-10) states "our main enemy" - "The system .. This is the totality of everything that annoys" (as the words of D. Chipmunk).
The newspaper "I-Russian" (2005, No. 1, 1 p.) states: "We say that the Russian people need a strong and disciplined structure that would be the spokesman for our racial interests in the political arena. It was not by chance that I used the term" racial interests ", instead of "national". ... The Russian people need a Party. And while this Party does not exist, there is no point in dreaming and ranting about the "future national state". The Party will become the basis of the future State ... "
The newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 1, p. 2, author A. Ilyinov) mentions various movements, describes the activities of "aesthetes of the capital level", which is not aimed at combating the "inexorable process of degradation."
The texts contain a description of the subject of action - the movement of nationalists - indicating the positive, favorable aspects of participation in this movement (including links to various musical groups, specific people, newspapers and other sources of information that support this movement), which is an indirect motivation to participate in this movement. A system of attractive features is presented that determines the properties of a given subject of action (there is an incentive to live; a vital ideology directed to the future; unity, a large number of supporters, the presence of values and traditions, strength, nationally minded creative people, a favorable assessment of fascism).
The newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 1, p. 2, author A. Ilyinov) mentions various movements, describes the activities of "aesthetes of the capital level", which is not aimed at combating the "inexorable process of degradation." It is pointed out that there are some individuals who "reject egoistic highly intellectual stagnation", are "architects of a new aesthetics", the creation of which is indicated as necessary, the iconic symbols of which are: "Legal resistance", "Journal New Russia", "Pravaya.ru", "Pravoslavno -traditionalist publication "Russian Image", "Golden Lion", "Philosophical Newspaper", "Magic Mountain", "Alexandria". The attempt to close the "intellectual center of Russian patriots - [address removed by the editor]" is interpreted as a sad event. It is indicated that " Only a few individuals have the incentive to live, still continuing to fight the inexorable process of degradation.
The brochure "Morituri department" (p. 3-7, interview with Ilinov A.) states (as the words of Ilinov A.): "I would compare" I am Russian. Lower Volga" with the early "Limonka", in which there was much more "fascist", "conservative-revolutionary", "national" than what it has become today ... In our opinion, Rusism is necessary (and should !!! ) to propagate as a bright trans-avant-garde, archaeo-futuristic hyper-ideology of the Third - Russian - Millennium. An ideology directed towards the future - the dazzling National Future of our Motherland". The newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 2, p. 3) reports on the celebration of November 4 as the anniversary of the March of the Russians, where, "forgetting about international squabbles, the imperialists and national separatists, Orthodox and pagans, putefites and putefobes, marched, Orangemen and anti-Orangemen, football fans of various clubs. Nationalists have ceased to be extras at liberal and communist gatherings. We are an Independent Force. We are making history ... Russia has united on one basis - nationality."
The newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 2, p. 3) notes that Russian nationalism "under present conditions is the only viable ideology."
The newspaper "I-Russian" (2005, No. 1, p. 1) states that "... our newspaper is the mouthpiece of a new generation of Russian nationalists. We respect our ideological predecessors. Whether they are Slavophiles, Black Hundreds, activists Russian emigration or activists of the society "Memory".
The newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 1, p. 1) states "... we are nationalist nationalists who raise the banner of Tradition. We affirm two eternal values - Sacredness and Hierarchy. Sacredness is based on the purity of our Blood ... We were bequeathed to lead the processions of nations into the kingdom of God."
The newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 1, 1 page, author I. Mogilev) quotes from the speech of the director of the Moscow Bureau for Human Rights A. Brod and the general director of the Center for Ethno-Political and Regional Studies E. Pain. These quotations provide facts pointing to the activation of nationalists and the presence of a large number of supporters of this movement. Further, in the context of these quotes, it is indicated: "What ... should be our primary task? Namely, the unification of nationally minded creative people ... The formation of a new Russian national elite. Which alone will be able to establish the correct world order." "We have - the People's National Party, headed by a talented and selfless person - A.K. Ivanov (Sukharevsky) ... In our understanding, the Party is a collective of individuals, and not a faceless biomass)".
The "Cerberus of Freedom" bulletin (p. 2, authors Dmitry Rumyantsev, Sergey Malyuta) describes the "significant event" "Russian March". "Thus, on November 4, Moscow saw that there was a third force in the country."
The newspaper "Ya-Russky" (2005, No. 2, p. 1) describes "party news. Contacts with Bulgarian and Ukrainian comrades-in-arms are growing stronger ... Letters are coming with proposals for cooperation from a German youth organization." The article contains a link to the "Cerberus of Freedom" bulletin. The same article refers to the opponents of this movement, the third force: "... A group of some antifa is pasting the entire path along which the Russian March was supposed to run tomorrow with leaflets of Russophobic and anti-fascist content. It was immediately decided to catch this group and have a discussion with her." "... DPNI14 activists were walking with Belov at the head and with DPNI standards in their hands, followed by NSO fighters ... instructed in the event of real clashes with antifa to inflict the most severe injuries on the enemies, even death." "Several antifas from a distance of about 50 meters threw several pitards into the column. As it turned out later, they were members of the AKM. So the communists finally showed their true attitude towards the Russian people." "The whole square (with the exception of the policemen) joyfully threw up its right hand in a fascist salute." "The police generally behaved very loyally towards the marchers." Thus, the loyal behavior of the police in relation to the movement of nationalists is noted. Joyful readiness to join the Russian movement is expressed. In the newspaper "Ya-Russian" (2005, No. 2, p. 1, author V. Pushkin), the meeting of a Russian girl and a Fascist is described in a metaphorical form. Combined with the title above the article, its content aims to favorably assess the alliance between Russia and fascism.
The Commission notes that all sources contain the addresses of Internet sites where interested persons can find clarifying and more complete information about the movement, to which the authors of the materials submitted for examination belong. In addition to the texts in the materials submitted for examination, there is an illustrative row, where symbols are presented that characterize the ideological basis of the views and actions of the authors of the materials.
The materials contain both signed and unsigned characters. Symbols are conventional signs, "which are based on the simplest ancient styles, geometric figures, as well as signs that exist among different peoples to designate luminaries, planets, stars and elements, designate a person, his life, death and gender. Also, applied symbols are distinguished - conventional signs that arose during the development of sciences and arts to designate various special concepts in these branches of knowledge. The extremely ancient existence of symbols, their historical development and the role they played as signs that informed other peoples about major national, religious or political movements, made the vast majority of them world famous.
A sign is understood as a certain conditional object - a sensually perceived object or phenomenon - representing, under certain conditions, some semantic meaning, which can be an object, phenomenon, relation, process or abstract concept. A sign can be a copy of the represented object, its sign (for example, in allegories), a symbol. "A sign is internationally understandable at all stages of human development ... knowledge transmitted through a sign is more accessible to understanding and memorization than knowledge transmitted in a foreign language." Symbols symbolize, that is, reflect, personify, as a rule, high abstract concepts, whether ideological, religious, mathematical or musical, but always those that are difficult to briefly describe or formulate in words. It is this difficulty that makes a person identify such concepts with some sign-symbol, which in itself may not mean anything, but is easily associated by the broad masses with these abstract concepts. That is why it is precisely symbols that are assimilated so easily and firmly by whole ideological currents and movements, which often have an extremely variegated national or social composition, but unite around a sign that seems to mean nothing particularly: Christianity - around the cross, Islam - around the crescent, fascism - swastikas, Hinduism - chakras. It is the absence of any “personal”, “side”, “moral” features of the sign-symbol, in addition to those that this or that tradition or dogma ascribes to it, makes it extremely convenient for uniting heterogeneous human masses, in contrast to the emblem, doomed "to be a representative, herald, designation or personification of some relatively narrow, specific group of persistent like-minded people.
Emblems are also used in the materials. The emblem is a specific image of figurines, that is, such specific objects, the thematic range of which is extremely wide. An emblem is a drawn idea, that is, an idea expressed through the image of an object or figure, in which, as it were, their conventional, traditional meaning is encrypted, about which there is, so to speak, a tacit agreement, a common understanding either on the scale of an entire country, region or the whole world , or on the scale of a narrower geographical or public, social community. Only a specific, limited group of like-minded people who have a certain courage to defend and wear this emblem can appropriate one or another emblem precisely because of the relative narrowness of its action, those recognitions, since this is not always safe. That is why some parties or groupings, wishing to strengthen the ideological convictions of their members, oblige them to wear openly (on the chest, sleeves) party emblems, so that, being attacked by dissidents, they can hone the art of defending their convictions. Symbols and emblems are important for certain groups, "because in defense of a well-known emblem, symbol, icon, it is always easier to excite and raise the masses than in defense of some abstract political principle or political program." Thus, the symbolism used in images has the meaning of uniting into a certain group of people, concretizing the external recognizable signs of group members (identification marks of adherents of certain ideas and beliefs), as well as reflecting specific ideas reflected by this symbolism. Another function of the images used is to clarify the meaning of the texts next to which they are located. The most frequently encountered symbols in the presented materials are the image of crosses, a skull, flags (banners, standards), a double-headed eagle, and lightning bolts. Other symbols are also used.
So, the image of the cross: the shield is found in the brochure "Cerberus of Freedom" 2 times. In the newspaper "Ya-Russian" (No. 2, 2005) this image occurs 7 times. In the newspaper "Ya-Russian" (No. 1, 2005) -6 times. In the brochure "Morituri department" (No. 1 Bulletin of Psychedelic Nationalism 2006) -7 times. This image can copy a similar in shape "cross-potential" or "cross-hammer", one of the main heraldic crosses, the name of which means "support". This cross is also referred to as a gallows cross or St. Anthony's four-part cross, which belongs to the category of nominal and religious.
The cross is one of the three most ancient symbols of mankind, the "sign of signs", which serves as a protective symbol, a sign of protection in almost all cultures of the world. Almost universally, the cross is considered a symbol of fire and light. It arose as a symbol in prehistoric times as a sign of the Sun and originated from the image of the crossbars, the spokes of the "solar wheel" (that is, two circle diameters perpendicular to each other). The cross is used as a symbolic sign by both public and other international organizations.
On page 7 of the brochure "Morituri department" there is an indication that: "the cross that" straight edge "ry all over the world draw with a black marker on the fist of the right hand (sometimes tattooed) as a sign of rejection of bad habits (in the meaning of the type: I crossed out for itself all this"), can be applied at will". Thus, the symbol of the cross among the representatives of the movement, to which the authors of newspapers and brochures belong, is given great importance, which has a specific meaning (like other symbols) when interpreted precisely in the group of adherents of this In addition to the indicated form of the cross, other variants of this symbol are also found in the materials submitted for examination.
A variation of the cross is the swastika, which originated and separated from the actual image of the symbol of the cross in ancient times as an exclusively solar, magical sign. Images similar in shape to the fascist swastika are found twice in the brochure "Morituri department":
The swastika in ancient times symbolized good luck; the word itself comes from the Sanskrit word for "prosperity". In the minds of the main part of the people, especially in Russia and, due to historical circumstances, in Volgograd, this graphic symbol - the swastika - is closely connected with the ideology and methods of pursuing politics, characteristic of fascism and the forms of its manifestation in the 20th century. Linking the swastika with the early Slavic history, the ancient history of Hindustan and Western Asia, etc., in the context of the content of the texts submitted for the study, seems to be communicatively untenable, devoid of a social and informational basis, that is, it is an argumentative trick designed to neutralize the negative social reaction to the symbolism.
Often in the submitted materials images of flags (banners, standards) are repeated. The banner is a symbol of conquest, victory, a place of rallying forces in battles. Banners were used in state rituals as a guarantee of victory and greatness, they served as symbols or attributes of the gods, and in modern times they became a military and political symbol. In European symbolism, fluttering banners mean the desire for victory, and all symbols of heraldry subsequently acquire this meaning.
Often in the materials presented, images of a double-headed eagle (with a cross on the chest) are repeated. The double-headed eagle is a figure that symbolized the Eastern and Western Roman Empire, but actually had distribution long before the formation of Rome. It is already found on ancient Egyptian and ancient Assyrian, as well as Arabic monuments. It has an eastern origin and ancient cult significance (7th century BC), but in historical times this figure is associated mainly with European, Byzantine heraldry, and with the 15th century. - and from Russian. The eagle means power, domination, supremacy and clairvoyance (state clairvoyance).
Images of lightning are repeated in the presented materials. At the beginning of the 19th century, images of lightning appear in Western Europe, which are a stylization of an electric discharge in the form of a zigzag arrow-shaped line. Since the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century, there has been a sharp change in the traditional symbolism of lightning. It, along with other meanings, as a manifestation of a storm, as a sign of the beginning of a revolutionary storm, is taken into its symbolic and emblematic arsenal by revolutionary movements.
Images of a skull (dead head) are repeated in the presented materials. The dead head has served as the emblem of pirates since the second half of the 17th century. Among the Freemasons, the dead head acted as a qualitative one, reminiscent of death. He talked about the need to take things seriously. The death's head also reminded the Freemasons to be careful and be ready for the most severe trials. In the coats of arms of university professors, alchemists, humanist writers, reformers, scientists of various specialties, the dead head in this case played the role of an allegory of the frailty of human existence and everything earthly compared to the immortality of science. Images of a dead head were also used in Russia in 1918-1922. as an element of insignia: tokens, orders and medals. It was used only by the elite White Guard units, which had punitive functions. Such an emblem, for example, was worn by soldiers and officers of the Kornilov shock regiments! Dead_Head was also used in the symbolism of fascism. This sign was introduced in 1935 for the SS units in charge of concentration camps as their emblem. In 1940, it was made a special sign-emblem of the military elite units of the SS of the Nazi army. The division was called so - "Dead Head". In 1920-1950 this symbol was used in the USSR as a technical hazard warning sign. The dead head also acts as the emblem of many societies: secret or intended for a narrow circle of people.
Thus, these symbols perform the functions of uniting readers into a certain group of people, concretizing the external recognizable signs of group members (identification marks of adherents of certain ideas and beliefs), as well as reflecting specific ideas reflected by this symbolism - orientation to victory.
Thus, the general modal coloring of the materials submitted for examination is a negative assessment of Internationalism, a positive assessment of nationalism, a call to action against representatives of other (except Russian) nations and ethnic groups, the creation of an attractive image of a group of nationalists and their actions.
The Commission identifies the following main communicative and socio-psychological tasks of the studied texts and images:
purposefully form negative attitudes towards certain ethnic, national, racial, religious groups;
to mobilize the activity of readers for specific actions (rebellion, battle, etc.) against certain ethnic, national, racial, religious groups;
suggest motives for actions (self-defense, self-preservation of the Russian people, preservation of "pure blood");
induce to violent actions against certain ethnic, national, racial, religious groups, indicate a model of the system of these actions that the subject of the action must perform: "sound the alarm, shout, believe and fight", "fire against the enemies of the nation", overcome in oneself fear, "to face danger boldly", and to demonstrate "only bad attitude and brute force", "make them respect and fear themselves", etc.)
indicate the method of contrasting those who should be the object of these actions - the enemy, enemy (Caucasians, Chechens, Jews, Nigers, etc.);
to convince of the inevitability of victory over the enemy by explaining the positive direction of the goals of the struggle, a positive description of the subjects of action, emotionally colored calls for an inevitable victory.
Thus, the texts and images contain a direct and conscious threat to that aggregate group of people who act as an enemy to the authors of the presented texts and images. The document in a journalistic form offers a violent form of impact on people with specific national features that are given in texts and images (Caucasians, Chechens, “railway”, “x*chi”, “niggra”, etc.).
The Commission notes that the analyzed texts are perceived by the reader in the context of the information and social environment that has developed in Russia at the present time. The author also sets and clarifies this context by himself, mentioning some events: a clash between Kalmyks and Chechens in the Astrakhan region, an attempt to blow up a dam in Volgograd by Chechen fighters, a pogrom at a Muslim cemetery in Volgograd, arson of cars by migrants in France, etc.
This allows the reader to reinforce and reinforce negative ethnic stereotypes, to form negative images of certain nations, races and religions.
The materials submitted for examination are of an understandable nature and are addressed to an indefinite circle of persons, i.e. are public. Public printed publications can influence the consciousness, will and behavior of people solely through the calls (propaganda) contained in them and encouraging them to a certain type of activity "Incitement of national, racial or religious hatred - actions aimed at humiliating national dignity, as well as propaganda of exclusivity, superiority or inferiority of citizens on the basis of their attitude to religion, nationality or race, if these acts are committed publicly or with the use of mass media.
An appeal does not necessarily mean specific slogans. A call to incite national and racial hatred and discord can be considered: the definition of a national or racial group as hostile, the explanation of social and economic ills by the activities of any national or racial group, an indication of historical hostility between national and racial groups, attribution of negative qualities and immorality national or racial groups - in other words, the dissemination of materials that endow national or racial groups with negative and socially condemned properties as characteristic of them, which fully applies to the materials under study. The above features of the studied materials, their lexico-phraseological parameters, communicative-pragmatic assignment and subject-object characteristics in combination with illustrative-symbolic components allow us to speak about the presence of linguo-communicative features indicating that the presented texts can be considered as objects aimed at incitement of national, racial hatred, humiliation of national dignity, implements propaganda of exclusivity, superiority or inferiority of citizens on the basis of their attitude to national or racial affiliation.
This is facilitated by the semantically negative or aggressively colored vocabulary of the studied materials, the prevalence in the text of the semantic fields "rebellion", "battle", "disobedience", as well as the derogatory designation of representatives of other (non-Russian) "unclean" nations. In addition to pejorative elements, the authors of publications use deliberate distortion in the spelling of the names of certain ethnic groups, aimed at directly insulting representatives of these groups and provoking them to respond.
The phenomenon of group thinking, when the social world is divided into "us" and "them" is based on stereotypes in relation to other social groups, which are largely derogatory, contemptuous, etc. character.
The passages cited above are derogatory, contemptuous, hostile, form or reinforce negative cognitive schemes (prejudices) that have developed in relation to other nationalities. "Other", "foreign" nationalities appear in a poster, distorted form. As a result, the group, whose interests are protected by the authors of the materials, has the socio-psychological preconditions for the formation of an arrogant and wary malicious attitude, due to fear and hatred. This way of perceiving "others" reinforces the group's sense of superiority and rightness.
The authors of the studied materials are trying to describe, construct a social situation, concentrating the facts that, in their opinion, substantiate the theory of the genocide of the Russian people, there is an injection of information in excess of the "passing" resource of the individual (critical analysis), emotional pressure. The various images created by the authors have the character of ideological violence, not images or assumptions that will make people think and debate. Destructive changes in the reader's worldview may be inaccessible to direct observation, and the damage they cause, including those associated with irreversible or critical changes in psychological status, as a rule, is not immediately recognized by a person.
Thus, the authors of the texts exert a targeted influence on readers, the purpose of which is to induce certain (violent) actions against specific social and ethnic groups, while these actions are indicated as permissible and correct.
The psychological impact and propaganda in the texts submitted for examination is of a negative destructive nature according to the principle "the end justifies the means". The purpose of negative propaganda is to stir up social hostility, escalate social conflicts, and exacerbate contradictions in society. This allows you to divide people, make them obedient to the will of the propagandist. The technology of creating an "image of the enemy" makes it possible to rally the crowd around the propagandist, to impose beliefs and stereotypes that are beneficial to him. The main function of negative propaganda is the creation of an illusory, parallel reality, beneficial to the propagandist, with an inverted system of values, beliefs, and views. Negative propaganda actively uses the low criticality and suggestibility of the masses in order to manipulate them in the interests of a narrow group of people.
"The effect of psychological interaction and influence on a person is a change in his subjective characteristics (needs, attitudes, relationships, abilities, activities, behavior, etc.) as a result of the interaction of this person with another or a system communicating with him." "Acting intentionally or unintentionally on a conscious or unconscious level, the impact can play both a positive and a negative role: mobilize or demobilize the potential forces and abilities of an individual and a group, increase or decrease labor and social activity, form positive or negative qualities of an individual"35. Therefore, propaganda activity is usually preceded by a thorough study and analysis of the psychological and sociological characteristics of the social group that they want to influence.
Of the main methods of psychological influence in the texts, the following are used:
The method of fixing attention on clearly identified key objects, connections, relationships, assessments: in the purposeful transmission of information, the features of transmission and reception, the number of channels, the repetition of signals, the nature and causes of interference are taken into account. The essence of the method lies in the fact that the previously collected and prepared information, in a certain order and conditions transmitted to the object, includes intellectual, emotional, volitional processes, is processed, which leads to the achievement of the planned goal. This method increases the psychological activity of the object. Demonstration, experiment have a high power of persuasion.
The method of persuasion is used to change the position of a person, his views, attitudes, the formation of new ones. Logical belief is a presentation in a certain sequence of facts, explanations of the relationship between them, conclusions that follow from the presence of these facts. Emotional persuasion is designed to awaken feelings in the person being convinced, using the weakening of emotional stress or its buildup. Also used: persuasion - discussion - exchange of arguments, arguments, rebuttals, etc.; persuasion-agitation - as a rule, in a mass audience.
Persuasion must meet the following requirements: meet the level of the person being convinced (profession, age, education): be consistent, logical, evidence-based; excite the mental activity of the convinced; contain general and specific, contain an analysis of mutually known facts; the one who convinces must himself believe in what he convinces; take into account the characteristics and capabilities of the person being convinced.
Example method - an example of behavior is given (a personal example, a story about the actions of others, demonstrations of other examples).
A method of constructing a psychologically unambiguous image of reality. The reader's attention is fixed on clearly identified key objects, the parameters of the situation, the marking of situations with emotionally uniquely colored elements is used in order to actualize the required attitude and generalize the emotional component to the situation as a whole.
Increasing the subjective significance of the arguments used by appealing to the past and current experience of the recipients.
Formation of new sources and motives of activity in order to involve in a specially organized activity.
The structure of the propaganda message includes the following elements: 1) propagandist rich information about the facts and their assessment. Facts form the main part of the propaganda message and reflect the intentions of the communicator or the needs of the recipient. The facts used in propaganda can be both reliable and distorted, false; 2) an appeal, the purpose of which is to unite people around a cause or idea. The call always contains some indication of what kind of action is expected from those to whom this message is intended. Often a propaganda message is camouflaged under banal, mundane judgments or, on the contrary, is enclosed in a bright, catchy package that distracts attention from the main content. Almost any propaganda message is built as if the addressee (recipient) is interested in it, the interests of the addresser (communicator) are hidden in the message. At the surface level, the message is built from the standpoint of the interests of the recipient, and at the deep level, from the standpoint of the interests of the propagandist. Propaganda creates the illusion of choice in the object of influence, i. the type of behavior alternative to the propagandized one is presented in an unfavorable light. These signs are contained in all materials submitted for examination.
The influences used by the authors of the texts are manipulative in nature. At present, manipulation is the most universal of the concepts that reflect the mechanism of hidden psychological coercion. A distinctive feature of psychological manipulation is the attitude to the interaction partner as a specific means, through the use of which, as a rule, the hidden goals of the manipulator are achieved, his interests are realized and his own needs are satisfied without taking into account the interests, will and desires of the other side - the person acting as an object. manipulation. With a manipulative strategy, the activity of the addressee of the impact is considered only as a factor that requires specific methods of influence to achieve changes in his psyche and modification of behavior in the directions desired for the manipulator in accordance with his goals, interests and needs. Manipulation aims to change the psychological characteristics, state and behavior of people through a mixed type of persuasive and suggestive influence, which act as complementary elements of the structure and represent, as a rule, hidden psychological coercion.
Especially effective inducing a person to action occurs when external stimuli create images that, based on past experience, are associated with some kind of emotional state - fear, pleasure, hatred, love. Through such associations, images begin to be perceived emotionally and automatically turn into symbols that encourage action. These images, as a rule, are simple and clear and are presented according to the principle "either - or": either black or white. The problem is presented in the form of clear, sharply contrasting absolute conclusions that do not allow a person to take any intermediate position, and a person can only choose one of the two value judgments offered to him. “In reality, the communicator does not transmit a message, it transmits a “key” to a new program of action, therefore, it is more successful to rely on programs already recorded in the mind or close ones. That is, it is a reliance on what is already known, which has a positive color for the recipient of information. This model works at any level."
The Commission notes that the main ideas of the texts are repeatedly repeated. Repetition is one of the principles of persuasive influence, which greatly increases its effectiveness. Thanks to the repetition of the message, it is possible to increase the number of people who have perceived and assimilated the information contained in it. Texts have a high density of symbols of social aggression (symbols of social aggression are verbal and graphic representations of violence, including descriptions of actual violence in the past or present and statements of the desirability or undesirability of violence against certain targets.
All these methods of propaganda influence are used in the texts submitted for examination.
The analyzed materials contain a number of signs of extremist activity. They publicly demonstrate paraphernalia, symbols similar to Nazi paraphernalia. The texts publicly call for mass riots, hooliganism and acts of vandalism based on ideological, political, racial, national or religious hatred or enmity. The analyzed materials have a direct intent to incite national, racial, religious hatred, contain calls for violence, and also promote the exclusivity, superiority or inferiority of citizens on the basis of their attitude to religion, social, racial, national, religious or linguistic affiliation (See the above analysis ).
The analyzed materials can be assessed as external pressure on the ideological attitudes of readers with the help of specially organized psycholinguistic influences in order to increase compliance and subsequent "leading" of the individual. People quite often feel infringed in the realization of their rights and needs, they are easily identified with the images of the oppressed and discriminated against and get the opportunity to defuse internal tension in protest, often in a destructive form. Negative emotions are used by the authors of the materials to form and rally a special target group on the basis of an "induced" complex of self-defense, fear and hatred towards a hypothetically hostile environment. Injecting vital fears, appealing to a sense of injustice, provoking confrontations, "pushing foreheads" of various groups of the population, deliberate aggravation of problems without attempts at a realistic approach to resolving them lead to destructive social activity.
The semantic content of the analyzed texts contradicts ethical standards and spiritual values accepted in society, stimulates conflict relations in society, does not meet the principle of psychological safety - provokes psychogenic disorders of behavior, communication, consciousness, which can often be expressed in xenophobia, intolerance, violent actions, explosive aggressiveness, unmotivated cruelty, discriminatory social behavior.
In the texts under study there is a false-romantic halo of a righteous, "sacred", according to the authors of publications, struggle against other (non-Russian nationality) ethnic groups. Such a description in the texts under study of some "ideal, righteous behavior patterns" helps to attract interest in these materials, primarily among adolescents and young people, due to the age characteristics of this group.
The most important age-related tasks of the development of adolescence are the following: liberation from dependence, the acquisition of autonomy; development of self-determination - recognition of oneself, the answer to the question "Who am I?"; determination of the reference group, that is, the search for an answer to the question "Who am I with?"; development of a personal value system, search for ideals; formation of life goals. The specificity of solving these problems is associated with the rebellion of adolescents against adult control.
In the texts under study, the participation of the younger generation in nationalist movements is emotionally positive: “In general, there is something to rejoice about. A rush of young Blood is felt in the National Movement. The nationalism of the New Generation is brewing, and what it will be like in the future depends on each of us. entropy! From now on, Nationalism is Youth and Beauty!" (I am Russian. No. 2. 2005. P. 1. Author Igor Mogilev); “Moscow has not seen such a number of strong-willed Russian youth for a long time, on whose faces the determination to avenge the desecrated honor of the Motherland and its people is written” (Cerberus of Freedom. P. 2., authors D. Rumyantsev, S. Malyuta).
Boys and girls also act as the main acting characters in metaphorical materials ("A delightful stranger // I am Russian. No. 2," Operation "Y" or "Call your daughter" /. Brochure "Morituri department"), and the real characters of most materials are also are boys and girls, adolescents. The texts are accompanied by a large number of images of young people, which also indicates the focus of the information contained in the materials under study, first of all, at the youth group. Also, the intention to involve a youth group in the creation of a "new aesthetic" is manifested by placing materials about youth musical groups in the texts (the brochure "Morituri department").
A personality in adolescence and youthful periods is ready to reconsider all previously learned customs and values, however, there is a need for guidance from authoritative peers and adults. The studied texts can contribute to the formation of adolescents' attitude to the values and behaviors promoted in the texts as very attractive. Adolescents who do not have strong external boundaries - support and care from adults, who have not found opportunities for social interaction and support adequate to their age among peers, as well as from families with a low social and material status, easily identify themselves with alternative social groups that they acquire for them the status of reference (significant).
The psycholinguistic impact of materials can be assessed as leading to a distortion of the value system. Symptoms of this distortion of the value system can be depression, a sense of the meaninglessness of existence, hopelessness, disintegration, negativism, an increased tendency to dependency, despair, then compensated in destructive actions and social behavior. Texts can have a particularly significant impact on the unstable psyche of adolescents, for whom the search for value orientations is a significant age-related task.
