On August 28, 2006, the head of the Moscow police department, Vladimir Pronin, stated that the detainees carried out at least eight more explosions, in which there were victims, but there were no victims. Among them, according to V. Pronin, was the organization of an explosion in the reception room of the clairvoyant Liliana in April 2006, an explosion of a "shell" garage, as a result of which a girl who was passing by was injured. In addition, Kostyrev, Tikhomirov and Zhukovtsov are credited with blowing up several stalls owned by natives of the Caucasus. One of these acts of sabotage, according to preliminary data, was committed on July 27, 2006 - in the south-west of Moscow, near the house 53 on Ostrovityanova Street, a Tonar trading trailer flew into the air. The tent was almost completely destroyed, and two sellers were under the rubble.
It also became known that within the framework of the case, a complex of necessary examinations was appointed, including one that determines the psychological and psychiatric state of the accused. "Medical specialists will determine whether the defendants were sane at the time of the crime they were charged with, whether they could control their actions, whether they were aware of the consequences of their actions," the source in the investigation team explained.
