Swastika in the Kostroma region

At the end of August or the beginning of September 2006 in the village. Parfenyevo, Kostroma region, a group of teenagers painted the houses and fences of the villagers, as well as the library building and the monument to Lenin with swastikas and obscene inscriptions. The inscriptions are made with oil paint.

Young "artists" were detained by the police, their parents will be fined. Almost all of them are not Parfenievites, but came to their grandmothers for the holidays.
