The prosecutor's office again turned down human rights activists

On September 29, 2006, the Simonovskaya Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office of Moscow issued a decision to refuse to initiate a criminal case under Art. 280, Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in relation to the chairman of the editorial board V. Avdeev, the general director of the publishing house "White Alvy" S. Udalova for lack of corpus delicti.

Recall that human rights activists Ruslan Linkov and Yuri Vdovin sent a statement to the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Ivan Kondrat with a request to check the facts of the publication of the book by V.
