A deputy of the regional Duma violates the Constitution

At the end of August 2006, a deputy of the Bryansk Regional Duma, V.A.

"Is the principle of proportional representation of the peoples living in the territory of the region observed in the formation of government bodies?",

"What actions are being taken by the authorities to stop outbreaks of Russophobia in the region?".*

Thus, the deputy actually violated the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which defines the equality of all citizens, regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, property and official status, attitude to religion, and prohibits any form of restriction of the rights of citizens on the grounds of social, racial, national, linguistic or religious affiliation.
