Representatives of the authorities, cultural, religious and national associations, as well as businessmen of the Primorsky Territory signed an agreement on cooperation to prevent acts of vandalism and extremism. The initiator of the agreement was the Kovcheg charitable foundation for the development of the spiritual unity of Russia. The signing of the agreement took place in the building of the Vladivostok synagogue, which was recently attacked by vandals.

"Any acts of vandalism on religious or national grounds cause enormous damage to social development, worsen the climate of the entire region, making it impossible to develop business and increase the welfare of the peoples of Primorye," said German Vitruk, head of the Ark.
