Kyrgyz citizen beaten in Moscow

At the beginning of November 2006, in Moscow, skinheads beat a citizen of Kyrgyzstan in Sumsky Proezd. This attack “was committed with the aim of humiliating persons of non-Slavic appearance. The criminal intent was not completed for reasons beyond the control of the defendants.”

The victim's jacket was stolen. The skinheads were detained.

The attack became known from a message about the verdict handed down to skinheads. On December 18, 2007, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation considered the cassation appeals of the convicted and left the verdict unchanged.
