On October 30, 2006, the Moscow Regional Court passed a sentence on a group of skinheads, which included residents of Moscow and the Moscow region, aged 15 to 19, guilty of attacks on a native of Korea , natives of Uzbekistan in January and February 2005.
The court acquitted one of the 12 defendants - Sergei Kuzin, born in 1987. Three - Vyacheslav Kolosov, born in 1988, Denis Kuzovlev, born in 1988, Dmitry Stepchenko, born in 1989. sentenced on probation and released from punishment under an amnesty. The remaining 8 defendants in the case received different terms - from 4 years of suspended sentence to 9.5 years in an educational colony.
The prosecution disagreed with the court's decision and appealed the verdict to a higher authority. On February 20, 2007, the Supreme Court rejected the cassation and the verdict entered into force.
