In Kirov, a case under Article 282 of the Criminal Code was brought to court

In December 2006, the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of the city of Kirov brought to court the criminal case of Valery Goncharov, head of the regional branch of the "Unity" party, who is charged under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred). V. Goncharov is charged with distributing DVDs with the recording of the film "Russia with a Knife in the Back. Jewish Fascism."

The maximum term of punishment that threatens V. Goncharov is three years in prison.
