The case of the murder of an anti-fascist was brought to court

The criminal case on the murder of anti-fascist Alexander Ryukhin has been submitted to the court. This was announced on December 27, 2006 by lawyer Stanislav Markelov, representing the interests of the mother of the deceased.

Recall that three of the six suspects in this case were detained in the summer of 2006. After several months of investigation, the murder case was divided into two separate ones.

According to one of them, three skinheads appear - members of the "Slavic Union" (SS) Vasily Reutsky and Andrey Antsiferov (Tsifer), as well as a member of the "Format 18" group Alexander Shitov, nicknamed Schultz. All of them were charged under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior agreement or by an organized group"), art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("intentional infliction of minor bodily harm") and Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("beatings"). The defendants in the case are currently in custody. The prosecutor's office is not going to change the measure of restraint before the trial.

According to S.Markelov, he sent a statement to the Simonovsky District Court about the illegality of terminating the investigation of the criminal case under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. "I will also demand the reopening of the investigation into the main murder case, which has been suspended for the time being ," he said.

Charge under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“murder”) has been preserved only in the second criminal case, none of the defendants in which has yet been detained. Wanted are members of the United Brigade-88 group Alexander Parinov, nicknamed Romanian, Nikita Tikhonov, as well as one unidentified person.
