Attack on the office of the Jewish community of Ulyanovsk

On December 25, at about 4:00 pm, unknown people attacked the office of the Jewish community in Ulyanovsk. The bottle broke glass in the chief accountant's office on the second floor of the building. The attackers depicted fascist symbols and left an anti-Semitic leaflet threatening Jews.

The police were called to the scene. The community insists on initiation of a criminal case.

On December 27, another attack was made on the building of the community. Two drunken young men aged 18-20 entered the room shouting: "Get out of here before it's too late! We'll cut you up!" The attackers broke glass and a mirror. One of the attackers - a student of the Ulyanovsk State Technical University Litvinov, born in 1988 - was detained.
