The new issue of the magazine is devoted to the problems of migration, xenophobia, and ethnic minorities. Verkhovsky discusses the transformation of Russian nationalism into new forms of national populism, and also puts forward a hypothesis that it is the competition between radical national populism and official, more respectable forms of nationalism that will soon form the basis of the ideological and partly even political structuring of Russian society.
