On October 25, 2007, Oleg Ruev, Justice of the Peace of Judicial District No. 2 of the Petushinsky District, dismissed the criminal case against the Secretary of the Vladimir Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Magamed Akhmatov, initiated by Igor Artemov, a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir Region, leader of the Russian National Union (RONS).
As Magistrate Oleg Ruev explained, “I closed the case due to the applicant’s failure to appear in court. Artemov did not come to the hearings three times without giving good reasons. As for the prospects for the case, they depend on the Petushinsky District Court. ”
Recall that in October 2005 between Artemov and Akhmatov there was a verbal skirmish , which ended in beating the secretary of the regional committee. A criminal case was initiated against Igor Artemov , and the leader of the RONS himself initiated a case about the "insult to the Russian people" inflicted by Akhmatov . Artemov did not come to court hearings.
