NDPR leaflets in Kursk
On February 28, 2007, at about 3:30 p.m. in Kursk, on the territory of the single-mandate constituency, leaflets of the "National-Sovereign Party of Russia" of an agitational nature were distributed in the premises of the Klyukvinsky boarding school of the Kursk region.
According to a linguistic study, "the text of the leaflet of the "National-Sovereign Party of Russia" contains frank slogans that contribute to inciting racial, national, religious and social hatred" .
On April 6, 2007 a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
