Mufti Talgat Tadzhuddin proposes changing the Russian coat of arms

The head of the Central Spiritual Administration of Muslims, Mufti Talgat Tadzhuddin, proposed changing the Russian coat of arms - he sent the relevant documents to the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation and to all parishes of the Central Spiritual Muslim Board. According to Islam.Ru , "according to Tadzhutdin, instead of the usual cross, an anchor should be placed above the central crown of the Russian double-headed eagle, and an eight-pointed cross instead of a four-pointed cross should be placed above the left crown. The right crown - in recognition of the Islamic component of the state , - instead of a cross, the head of the Central Spiritual Directorate suggests crowning with a crescent.

The power in Tadzhutdin's project is presented in the form of a globe crowned with an "anchor cross" with the Star of David inscribed in it and St. Basil's Cathedral. In the center of the coat of arms, on the chest of a two-headed eagle under George the Victorious, Tadzhutdin wants to see the inscription "God is One".
