In Kaliningrad, young people pasted up portraits of Hitler

On the night of April 20, 2007, two young people pasted leaflets with Nazi symbols, a portrait of Hitler and calls to celebrate his birthday on April 20 in front of the regional government building in Kaliningrad.

The guys, dressed in camouflage suits, were detained by police officers at the time of sticking leaflets on the fence of the Baltika stadium. A criminal case has been initiated under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("incitement of national, racial or religious hatred").
