Posters of nationalist leaflets detained in Samara and the Samara region

On May 9, 2007, in Samara and the Samara region, 6 people were detained for posting leaflets with nationalistic content. Not to be confused with the detention of activists involved in the preparation of the Samara "March of Dissent", detained on the same day.

In the village of Upravlenchesky, Krasnoglinsky district of Samara, a 20-year-old local resident and a 17-year-old resident of the village were detained. Volzhsky, from whom 10 leaflets with Nazi symbols were confiscated. The material was handed over to the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoglinsky district, a decision was made to initiate a criminal case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national, racial or religious hatred). During the day, two more participants in the posting of these leaflets were delivered to the police department.

The detained teenagers reported that they received leaflets from Aleksey Khaistov, who supports the NBP. A. Khaistov was detained and placed in a pre-trial detention center. A criminal case was initiated against him under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“inciting national, racial or religious hatred”) and Art. 282-1 ("organization of an extremist community"). The NBF website states that A. Khaistov has nothing to do with the leaflets and that the reference to him is a provocation.

In the city of Togliatti, Samara region, about 10 o'clock. Aleksey Napylov and Tatyana Guzayeva were detained in Victory Park. The reason for the detention was posting leaflets with appeals in defense of servicemen Yevgeny Khudyakov and Sergey Arakcheev , accused of killing three natives of Chechnya in 2003, and also for renaming the street. Kadyrov in Moscow (which have a rather distinct anti-Chechen character). During a search of the apartments of the detainees, a computer system unit was seized. The prosecutor's office of the Avtozavodsky district decided to initiate a criminal case against T. Guzaeva and A. Napylov under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
