In Kirov, a sentence was passed under Art. 282 CC

On May 22, 2007, the Leninsky District Court of Kirov delivered a verdict in the case of Valery Goncharov, a resident of the city, accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).

V. Goncharov was fined 30,000 rubles for distributing the anti-Semitic film "Russia with a Knife in the Back. Jewish Fascism."

The verdict was appealed, but on July 10, 2007, the Kirov Regional Court rejected V. Goncharov's cassation and the verdict entered into force.
