In the city of Pechora (Komi Republic), a sentence was passed under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred) to 19-year-old resident of the city Dmitry Belousov.

The Pechora City Court found D. Belousov guilty of "out of personal convictions and nationalist ideas based on a hostile attitude towards people of Caucasian nationality, he deliberately executed an extremist inscription on the wall of house No. Russia" to their physical destruction" .

The convict was sentenced to 160 hours of compulsory work.
