Law enforcement officers of the Krasnodar region discussed the problems of extremism

On June 22, 2007, the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory hosted a coordination meeting of the heads of law enforcement agencies dedicated to the problem of countering extremism in the region.

The final report of the press service of the prosecutor's office says: "The recent events in the Stavropol Territory indicate that the conflict potential of interethnic relations in the south of Russia takes place. Therefore, the law enforcement agencies of the region need to focus their efforts on preventing any manifestations of incitement of national, racial, religious hatred and intolerance in order to avoid destabilization of the inter-ethnic and inter-confessional situation in the region" .
