In Pyatigorsk, unidentified people drew a swastika and wrote anti-Caucasian slogans on the stairs leading to the city's symbol, an eagle sculpture. The Nazi sign and inscriptions were discovered by the participants of the seminar "Youth and Tolerance" on June 24, 2007.
